We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data capture and management and will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing our company's master data. The role requires a meticulous individual with a passion for accuracy and a talent for identifying discrepancies.
Responsibilities :
•Maintenance of customer and supplier databases (creation, modification) according to the Group's rules and conventions, and in compliance with the SLAs established with our internal clients.
•Critical analysis and proposal for process improvement, in particular by setting up monitoring and control tools to facilitate and streamline data exchanges with clients and ensure the quality of the data transmitted.
•Being the key contact for all customer and supplier data queries.
•Formalization of procedures related to this activity stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
•Holder of a degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent. ( New graduate will be considered)
