This key role will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and analyzing sales trends to support the company's growth and success. You will work closely with both the sales and customer service teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement:
    • Manage customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience from inquiry through to post-purchase support.
    • Develop and maintain strategies to engage healthcare professionals, clients, and end consumers, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction.
    • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and tailor engagement efforts accordingly.
  2. Marketing Strategy Implementation:
    • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and promote product offerings in the pharmaceutical sector.
    • Work closely with digital marketing provider to manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online ads.
    • Coordinate marketing activities such as promotions, webinars, and product launches.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with customer needs and market trends.
  3. Sales Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and develop actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign effectiveness, customer engagement metrics, and sales performance.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements based on sales data, customer feedback, and market insights.
  4. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work cross-functionally with customer service, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
    • Ensure that all marketing and customer engagement initiatives are consistent with the company’s brand and values.
    • Assist in training and mentoring team members on customer engagement best practices and marketing tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field is desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
