The Lux Collective is hiring for the position of Marketing Special Projects Manager for its Head Office based at Tribeca.
The incumbent will be responsible to:
- Implement marketing projects such as creation of new brands, photoshoot and video shoot, strategic marketing activation campaigns by collaborating and coordinating with Sales and Marketing and hotels’ PR teams, operational teams, third parties and partners activities.
- Break down approved projects into production and implement schedules and assign deliverables.
- Communicate projects timelines and accurately follow up on each deadline.
- Gather and organise all necessary assets to develop a project such as photos, copy, translations, terms and conditions, disclaimers and so on.
- Obtain project approval and sign-off with the Chief Commercial Officer & the Vice President - Marketing
- Report, share suggestions and ideas when deliverables are not aligned with the brands’ standards and provide solutions.
- Ensure that the budget relating to each project is optimised and respected.
- Ensure quarterly audit of the brands’ guidelines, collaterals and assets are up to date and available on The Lux Collective’s digital platforms.
- Provide day to day support to the Marketing department the Chief Commercial Officer and the Vice President - Marketing upon request.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Tertiary education at Degree Level in Marketing or related fields from a recognised institution or equivalent qualifications.
PREVIOUS PERFORMANCE
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in Marketing and/or Advertising Agency and preferably in the hospitality industry.
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar position and/or Managerial position with luxurious international brands in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in Corporate Marketing or Advertising at managerial level would be a definite advantage.

- Ability to manage time and tasks independently in order to meet set deadlines.
- Work independently and in small teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French languages.
- Willingness to work during odd hours on weekdays, weekends and Public Holidays.
- A valid Driver’s license is required.
- A clean certificate of character is a must.
