The Marketing Lead will lead and manage the strategic marketing efforts for the park. The role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, promote sales, and enhance customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
Being in this role, you will be involved but not limited to:
- Identify, develop and elaborate marketing strategies, in line with Casela’s vision.
- Understand pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Provide (innovative) solutions to improve the company’s presence on the market.
- Develop an annual marketing and service plan per project in support of the organization’s strategy and objectives, and measure results.
- Ensure the Casela brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels, materials, and customer touchpoints.
- Reinforce the company’s unique value propositions and positioning in the market, promoting Casela as a leader in innovative, sustainable property developments.
- Oversee the rebranding of any new or existing projects, ensuring alignment with Casela’s overall vision and values.
- Lead the marketing strategy (digital and traditional) through market research, and report accordingly.
- Regularly perform pricing analysis and recommend strategies to improve market position, and reduce costs.
- Develop and measure key metrics around the business including satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Lead the creation/ production of inspiring design, content and marketing campaigns, in line with Casela’s and Medine’s group branding guidelines.
- Contribute to develop and implement social media plan; work with the press and other related media outlets.
- Lead marketing operations, product management, customer service and customer retention.
- Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budget in accordance to the organization’s goal.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across different channels and campaigns. Prioritize high-impact activities that align with business objectives.
- Track the return on investment (ROI) for each marketing initiative, continuously monitoring performance to ensure cost-effectiveness. Adjust budgets and strategies based on insights and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with the General Manager to define the marketing strategy in line with the projects pipeline.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure digital strategies complement offline marketing efforts and sales activities.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and / or (digital) marketing, communication or related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role
- At least 5 years of marketing experience within the Tourism industry
- Proven track record of success in (digital) marketing related roles within the Tourism industry
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot is a plus) and other sales and marketing tools, particularly for digital marketing
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights that drive decision-making and campaign optimization
