We are looking for a talented & dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department based at our Head Office in Mapou.
Overview of the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and optimize digital presence. You will manage online platforms, analyze market trends, track campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Optimize and manage online profiles across key platforms (Get Your Guide, Google My Business, Tripadvisor, Viator, Petit Futé, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
- Update and maintain the WebApp, ensuring accuracy in rates, inventory, and product categories.
- Oversee and curate product listings and information on IslandEscapes.mu to drive engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate and distribute marketing collaterals (e.g., flyers, vouchers) while ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Analyze and track key performance metrics, including segment mix, revenue by segment, and capture rate, to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report monthly Sales & Marketing expenses, ensuring budget alignment.
- Compile and analyze post-Eductour feedback from B2B partners to refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to segment customers, identify market trends, and support data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Audit customer satisfaction insights (CSI), customer journey touchpoints, and overall service experience to optimize engagement strategies.
- Conduct bi-monthly competitive benchmarking to assess market positioning and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Communication, Social Media, and Design teams to align marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
Candidate's Profile:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification or experience in digital marketing, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online travel platforms.
- Experience in data analysis, campaign tracking, and business intelligence reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
