As the Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the key player in executing marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and amplify our brand. From designing campaigns to collaborating with partners, you’ll ensure every initiative aligns with our goals and delivers results.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

•Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Drive the implementation of innovative marketing plans that align with KFC Mauritius’ brand vision and business objectives.
•Lead Sponsorship Initiatives: Identify, plan, and manage sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
•Coordinate Integrated Campaigns: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communication to design and deliver impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience. 
•Manage Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing activities.
•Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze marketing campaign results to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
•Support Brand Development: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing initiatives and platforms.
•Organize Promotional Events: Plan and execute events that engage customers and promote KFC’s products and services effectively.

Profile

•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field (Master’s degree will be an advantage).
•5-8 years in marketing and communication, preferably in the FMCG industry.
•Proficiency in marketing tools and digital marketing software, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, and Instagram.
•A valid driving license is essential.
