We are seeking a Manager to oversee the administration of a portfolio of complex clients, including trusts, foundations, and companies. The Manager - Private Client Services requires expertise in client service, compliance, and operational excellence while providing guidance to team members and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

 

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • A professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the global business sector, with demonstrated expertise in private client administration.
  • Strong technical abilities and well-developed communication skills.
  • A dynamic, flexible, self-motivated, and well-organized professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Administration

  • Manage and deliver administrative services to a portfolio of complex client structures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client entities within the portfolio.
  • Review draft financial statements and resolve outstanding points within set deadlines.

Client Interaction

  • Attend client meetings as required, prepare relevant materials, and draft meeting minutes.
  • Oversee client onboarding, acceptance, and formation processes.

Team Support & Technical Guidance

  • Assist administrators with technical client matters, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Support management in addressing client-related matters and initiatives.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks, including AML legislation.
  • Follow internal procedures and controls, maintaining compliance with risk and associated policies.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to internal processes and industry standards.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by management to meet organizational goals.
