We are looking for an experienced and driven Manager to join our rapidly expanding Corporate Finance & Valuation Team, supporting our continued growth across Transaction Services, Valuation, Financial Modelling and Financial Due Diligence. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to complex valuation and corporate finance assignments across diverse industries and geographical regions, particularly in the European market.
About the Role:
As a Manager, you will be a key player in leading valuation engagements and advising on high-profile corporate finance transactions. You’ll have the chance to work closely with clients, senior management, and audit teams to provide strategic insights and deliver high-quality financial analysis across diverse industries and regions, with a strong focus on the European market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute various valuation assignments for corporate finance advisory, including business valuations, financial modelling, and M&A advisory.
- Prepare and review detailed financial models, business plans, and valuations using techniques such as DCF, Black-Scholes, and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Support external audit teams by reviewing valuation reports for different asset types in the context of audit assignments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Conduct detailed analytical reviews of historical and projected financial data.
- Evaluate the appropriateness of valuation methodologies and assess the reasonableness of key assumptions and inputs.
- Prepare and present deliverables to clients and internal teams.
Your Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Valuation or Corporate Finance, preferably in a consulting/audit firm, investment bank, or a large corporation.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in valuation techniques and company pricing models.
- Expertise in financial modelling with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent academic background (degree or master’s in Finance, Economics, or a related field).
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French.
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and capable of working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
