The successful candidate will manage overall service delivery, ensuring a professional and comprehensive administration service is provided to existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications required:
- Partially or fully qualified ACCA or complete finance degree
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in the global funds sector
- Experience managing a team
- Experience working on funds for private clients would be beneficial
- Experience in a foreign management company would be ideal as the successful candidate will be managing client portfolios in the European region.
Job description:
- Report to Associate Director
- Manage and oversee the team’s operations to ensure professional service to clients and intermediaries.
- Oversee the administration and review of complex client structures, remain aware of risk exposure to both the client and the Group, including fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures
- Analyze team performance and incorporate insights into strategy, resources, and the annual business plan.
- Align team strategy with overall company objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee administration, billing, fee collection, and debt management for the team's client portfolio.
- Act as the Manager for client entities, ensuring corporate governance and legal compliance.
- Participate in business development efforts, identifying opportunities and promoting new business to the Group.
- Respond to new business inquiries, manage pricing, and promote Group services effectively.
- Attend client meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and intermediaries.
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and AML procedures; oversee review of complex client structures.
- Mentor and coach team members, conduct meetings, assist in recruitment, and inspire the team to uphold the Group’s values and culture.
