We’re looking for a detail-oriented Admin and Maintenance Clerk to streamline our operations!

 

In this vital role, you’ll manage administrative tasks, coordinate maintenance schedules, and maintain accurate records. 
Your organizational skills will ensure efficient communication between teams and help track maintenance requests and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment.
  • Use maintenance management systems to track and manage tasks.
  • Document and communicate using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and manage inventory.

Qualifications:
  • NTC 3
  • 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
