We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our hotel’s facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan , Schedule, and oversee maintenance and repair work in the hotel
  • Conduct routine inspection to identify and address maontenance needs
  • coordinate with External supplier, contractor and service provider when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
  • maintain record of maiantenanace activities, repairs and budgets
  • Assist in the development and implementation of preventative maintenance
  • respond promptly to maintenance request and emergencies
  • Keep record of Vehicles follow up
  • keep record and follow up of maintenace employees
Requirements
  • Proven experience in hospitality industry 
  • Kh=knowledge of maintenance environment
  • excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multitask
  • strong communication and leadership abuilities
  • To be proactive
