MECHANICAL & PLANNING LEAD

The Mechanical & Planning Lead will provide leadership to a team of mechanics to ensure that maintenance KPIs are met.

• Meet maintenance KPIs and report on any deviations.
• Supervise and organise the daily work of the mechanics, ensuring that all corrective tasks are promptly. 
• Follow-up on equipment tear and wear and plan the replacement of spare parts.
• Create, standardise, implement and follow-up of preventive maintenance plan.
• Perform troubleshoot when required.
• Maintain and monitor a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for tracking work orders, and ensure no out-of-stock situation.
• Keep record of the maintenance history of the plant's equipment.
