The Application Advisor is responsible for assisting the sales organization in preparing technical materials and demonstrations that meet the specific needs of prospective clients.

Responsibilities:
Supports the Sales Organization in the sales process
•Assists Solutions Advisors in preparation for client demonstrations
•Works with the sales team to collaboratively develop ideas on how best to present solutions to a client
•Assists with RFI/RFPs (Request for Information/Request for Proposal)
•Coordinates with subject matter experts to deliver timely and accurate responses for questions from the Sales Organization in the Dayforce Knowledgebase
•Exhibits Technical Proficiency
•Develops skills to become an expert in 's HCM solutions
•Builds a strong awareness of HCM industry developments/trends to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
•Demonstrates understanding of HCM application in fulfilling responsibilities
•Assists Sales teams in analyzing business requirements in specific new business and customer add on opportunities
Supports the broader Dayforce Team
•Acts as a liaison between Dayforce’s sales team and product development in communicating deal specific requirements that may drive unique development needs
•Serves as a facilitator communicating prospect and customer requirements to Dayforce’s Implementation teams
•Participates in and performs internal and external solution presentations as required
•Coordinates across Dayforce business channels to resolve prospect/customer issues in a timely and accurate manner during sales cycles
•Provides input on optimizing internal processes and procedures
•Reviews upcoming product capabilities and assists the Solution Advisory organization in streamlining inclusion of key enhancements in demo scenarios and demo books
Qualifications:
•Undergraduate University/College Degree or equivalent experience
•Extraordinary attention to detail and critical thinking skills
•Problem-solving skills and very strong analytical capabilities
•Strong business acumen
•Strong written and oral presentation skills
•Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment
•Experience and expertise with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Nice to have:
•Undergraduate degree with a major or specialty in business, computer science or equivalent experience
•Previous client support experience
•French or Spanish Bilingual
•Familiarity with Microsoft Server Technology (Windows, SQL server, etc.)
•Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize work from multiple sources
•PowerBI or other analytics experience
•Automation experience
