Loader/Catering Flight Supervisor

We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our Operations team for the smooth running of the inflight catering operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures that the flights catering is prepared and packed accordingly
• Ensure that the tray set up conforms to the airline specification
• Ensure that catering is handed over properly to the cabin crew while making sure that airline items are properly loaded and offloaded
• Confirm that the menu specification and presentations used are correct
• Make sure the airline pack plan, menu specification and galley loading instructions are properly adhered to
• Ensure that all carts used for catering are properly sealed

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in an airline hospitality industry or any similar role
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Possess a clean certificate of character readily available is a must
• Able to work on shift/roster 
• Able to cope with a pressured environment
