As the Leads Support, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing incoming leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and converting prospects into clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Leads
• Contacting customers by providing information, supporting the identification and qualification of Sales Leads.
• Respond to customer’s interactions in a professional and timely manner, provide help support and advice about company services and achieve positive resolutions.
• Liaising with clients to obtain any missing information and answering queries.
• Screening of leads, ensuring to complete any missing information in ABS before sending to the respective sales representatives.
• Managing day-to-day incoming leads and assigning properly the respective salespersons, after assessing that team is not overloaded with requests.
• Handle all leads requests, claims and complaints; resolve issues in a quick and efficient manner and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recording and keeping track of customer complaints for the Sales Dept.
Leads Analysis
• Assisting the sales representatives to close the leads in ABS in timely manner via survey with the customers.
• Advise the responsible person for any incorrect input/information inserted in ABS by sales and propose improvement to the reporting line.
• Assisting the responsible person in charge for completing the Leads Analysis Report.
Candidate Profile
• Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and detail.
