Lead programmer

We are seeking a Technical lead Developer to join our Development team and work on both internal and client-facing projects integrating IA in our business processes.

You will be responsible for developing, integrating, and optimizing AI-driven applications and solutions, collaborating closely with both development and production teams and clients.

Your Responsibilities:

• Study  technical choices and architecture
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions for internal and client projects
• Optimize algorithms and ensure high performance in AI applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance AI systems

• Project lifecycle experience :from Design to rollout enterprise applications

• Ability to define and understand Technical and Software Architecture  
• Experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Ability to analyze problems and deliver solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data tools is a plus
