Your Missions
As a Lead Delivery, your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating Delivery Operations: Lead and manage the delivery team based in Mauritius to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Operational Management: Apply your expertise in managing teams and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Project Oversight: Utilize your project management skills to monitor tasks and deliverables and meet key performance targets.

• Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear communication with local and international stakeholders and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

• Auditing & Quality Control: Implement auditing methods to maintain high-quality standards and operational compliance.

• Promoting Team Dynamics: Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

Your Profile
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English is essential. Additional languages are a plus.

• Management & Project Skills: Strong project management and team leadership abilities.

• Auditing Expertise: Knowledge of auditing methods to help maintain quality control.

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing stakeholders and promoting teamwork.
