Drymix Ltd, member of UBP Group, is looking to recruit a Laboratory Attendant who will report to the Quality Coordinator.

The main responsibility of the Laboratory Attendant will be to carry out all laboratory operations in a professional and ethical manner as per the Quality & Laboratory Management System.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To assist the Quality Coordinator and/or Laboratory & Quality Manager in ensuring that the quality assurance and control tests are being exercised as per set norms and protocols.
• To assist the Quality Coordinator and/or Laboratory & Quality Manager in R&D works.
• Follow up on maintenance of equipment in order to report any malfunction.
• Testing of Mortar and Tile Adhesives as per application norms.
• Ensuring that stocks of additives/materials are being renewed continuously for R&D purposes.
• Ensuring all equipment undergo calibrations, intermediate checks and preventive maintenance as per equipment schedule.
• To apply Health and Safety policies in the team to ensure security for all concerned.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum SC / HSC
• At least 1 year in a laboratory environment
• IT Literate and familiarity with MS Office
