Kitchen/Cold Room Technician

Our company is hiring for a Kitchen/Cold Room Technician. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Identify the cause of the problems with the faulty appliances.
• Disassemble and reassemble appliances.
• Diagnose and replace faulty parts.
• Carry regular check and maitenance on Hot/Cold units -
• Install large appliances, such as washers, ovens and dishwashers.
• Perform maintenance work on appliances. (LPG Gas/Electrical )
• Provide rough estimates to the Maintenance Manager on costs required to repair damaged or malfunctioning appliances.
• Keep records of accomplishment of repairs status on each appliance.
• Identify parts references for replacement and follow up on the ordering process.
• Maintain an accurate record of all items/parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of proven work experience as a Kitchen & Laundry Repair Technician or similar role.
• Proven experience repairing, installing and maintaining large commercial kitchen and Laundry appliances.
