To facilitate all the Kids Club-related activities and ensure that all children are properly and safely taken care of at all times.
Job Responsibilities:
Planning and organization of activities
- Plans, organizes and leads Kids Club sessions involving games and activities.
- Sets-up daily schedules for children.
- Organizes for equipment, outings and meals for children left at the Kids Club.
- Takes care and supervises children visiting the Kids Club.
- Accompanies children in the pool or boat trips whenever required.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
Canvassing and sales
- Promotes Kids Club with guests.
- Is in charge of canvassing and encouraging guests to leave their children at the Kids Club.
- Participates in activities with children at the Kids Club and within hotel premises.
- Sells additional services/activities provided at the hotel for children to guests.
Administration and management of Kids Club
- Is responsible of the Kids Club.
- Ensures that all areas are clean and well maintained.
- Ensures that the daily log book is filled in with appropriate information as per standards and instructions.
- Ensures Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed and adhered to.
- Maintains stock of items required for kids.
Qualification & Experience
- Ability to consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Ability to plan ahead and prepare for activities according to the activity calendar.
- Ability to create new and exciting activities to drive enthusiasm to all guests in the resort.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
EDUCATION
- High School Certificate
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care Management & Administration.
- Licence from MIE
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years’ experience
