Our client, Alteo Agri Ltd, is looking for a Key Accounts Executive.
Role Overview:
Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring order placement, strong relationships driving sales, and store visibility to maximize sales and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure timely order placements and monitor stock levels in stores.
- Identify and acquire new retail and wholesale accounts.
- Execute promotions, negotiate shelf placement, and manage in-store visibility.
- Ensure proper shelf placement, stock display Point Of Sales (POS) materials at customer locations
- Collect and report data on sales performance, customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities
- Support promotional activities in collaboration.
- Monitor debtors, credit terms and limits within a sound risk assessment.Report market activity to management.
- Follow-up on deliveries returns and refunds.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Profile:
- 3 years of relevant work experience.
- HSC or Diploma in Commercial.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Develop outstanding Relationships with Customers.
- Holder of a valid driving license
- Languages: Native French, proficient English.
- Be solution-driven.
