As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our most important customers. Your role is to understand their industry and business objectives, align our innovative solutions to their needs and ensure their success.

 

Your responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with senior stakeholders within strategic accounts.

  • Collaborate across departments to exceed customer expectations and meet performance goals.

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting sales targets and profitability benchmarks.

  • Lead strategic account planning processes, defining clear financial and performance milestones.

  • Develop tailored solutions by engaging cross-functional teams to address customer challenges.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and net promoter score (NPS) metrics to ensure continued excellence.

Your background and experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position

  • Proven experience in managing high value accounts and strategic relationships.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.

  • Fluency in English and French (additional languages a plus).

  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for client satisfaction.

  • Strategic thinking and exceptional project management skills.

  • Ethical decision making and a collaborative approach in matrix organisations.
