Junior Technical Support Engineer T1 - CorelDRAW Graphic Suite

As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you’ll assist customers worldwide, resolving technical challenges and ensuring a seamless experience with our applications. 

This role is perfect for someone with a solid IT background, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for graphic design tools and technology.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class technical support for customers using our graphic design software
• Troubleshooting application issues on Windows and other operating systems.
• Respond to inquiries via chat, email, phone, and remote sessions with professionalism and clarity.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions for internal knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate feedback to customers, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

 Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

 Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems; experience with MacOS/Linux is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications, particularly those used for graphic design or media is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking basics and hardware troubleshooting is advantageous.

 Soft Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

 Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in technical support or a related role.
