Position: Junior Receptionist

🔎 About the Role

As a Junior Receptionist, you will support the front office team in delivering exceptional guest service. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their careers in a luxury environment.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer guest inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and inviting at all times.
• Maintain accurate guest records and assist in handling financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and French (additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are an advantage).
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel management systems is a plus.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a hospitality role.
