The Junior Project Manager will be part of the Project Management department and handle the planning, organizing, and coordination tasks for projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs the planning and management of projects.
- Communicates effectively with project team members and client stakeholders.
- Help in facilitating the flow of information among project participants.
- Coordinate with external vendors as necessary.
- Contribute to resource planning for projects.
- Conduct risk analysis and assist in managing risks and issues.
- Support in preparing project budgets and timelines for senior management approval.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress.
- Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and framework.
- Handles changes in scope and acceptance testing activities with the customer throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Experience:
- Foundational technical understanding and interest in Information Systems.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment is mandatory.
- Emerging project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines, as well as to identify and mitigate risks.
- Developing leadership and team coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- A keenness to learn and adapt to new technical and non-technical skills as needed.
