Grays is looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join it's IT support team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software and computer systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
  • Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
  • Share and update procedures and reports about technical support to the entire organization
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
  • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business
  • Provide after hours on-call support (rotating shift)
  • Monitor and assigned trouble tickets within IT Helpdesk

Education/Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • In depth knowledge of Windows 10, /11, Mac, Microsoft Office 365, Basic Networking etc
  • Knowledge of enterprise productivity software packages
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Valid driving license with car
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
