We are currently looking for motivated candidates to be considered as Junior Marketing Insight Officer. The role consist of gathering, analyzing and interpreting data to deliver insights to aid in decision-making and strategy for APTIS Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to gather insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics.
- Assist in development and implementation of new research process
- Assist in drafting research proposals, discussion guides, questionnaires and helping in participant recruitment
- Assist Group Marketing Manager & Insight Coordinator in qualitative research including but not limited to one-to-one interviews, focus groups, mystery shoppings, store-checks and others
- Prepare interview transcripts and conduct thematic analysis
- Create presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other departments.
- Carry out price monitoring for different business units
- Identify new trends and best practices through benchmarking and desk research
- Share relevant news thanks to curation and local/international media & social media monitoring
- Any other duty that the Insight Coordinator and Group Marketing Manager will consider as relevant
Qualification and Experience:
- Diploma in marketing, social science, business, or communication
- Internship or work experience in a research environment
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Excellent written and oral skills (ENG/FR)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of research methodologies
