Join our esteemed team as a Junior IT Officer and support digital excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to users complaints as requested (internal users and guests)
- Troubleshoot IPTV, Wi-Fi system and Telephony system in rooms and public areas
- Troubleshoot all IT Technologies issues
- Support of Microsoft Office products to end users
- Conduct verification of internet system performance/ TV channels/ Music in hotel.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for all IT hardware and software.
- Conduct inventory of IT equipment's in the hotel
- Ensure hardware is stripped as per hotel procedure
- Comply with management systems requirement
- Assist in operating system upgrades and /or patches
- Assist in system backup & recovery procedures
- Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by the group IT Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job position.
- Professional certifications (Microsoft) in Information Systems or equivalent.
