MAIN SCOPE OF JOB :- You will be directly responsible for: •The smooth running of the operations of the human resources department of the hotel •The daily management of the HR function of the hotel

 

Responsibilities :- 
•Ensure that all departments are properly manned as per budget, coordinate recruitment and selection process as per SOP, including preparation of contracts of employment, job descriptions, newcomer pack, replies to candidates, etc.
•Ensure that employees receive accurate and timely assistance or advice in response to particular queries related to HR, work or personal issues.
•Maintain the HR database and keep employee files up to date
•Be responsible for the organization of the monthly “Conseil D’Entreprise” and the “ Trainees” and follow up of discussed issues.
•Assist in preparing  monthly HR metrics/statistics/dashboard for Management Reporting.
•Compile HR-related data and prepare reports as needed.
•Ensure up to date and accurate information is fed into the HR System (HR Connect) on a regular basis prior to payroll processing.
•Providing primary support to the Payroll Executive with regards to attendance monitoring, clearing anomalies and preparation of payroll reports (Ursula).
•Assist in disciplinary and grievance issues
•Coordinate HR welfare activities and assist in any other HR related projects
•Any other cognate duties as delegated by Assistant HR Manager & Group HR Manager

 Profile :- 

•Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
•Proven work experience as HR Generalist (min 2 year in hospitality industry desirable)
•Strong organizational and time management skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in HRIS and related software would be an   advantage
•High level of integrity and confidentiality.
•Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
•Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines
•Knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
•Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast  paced environment
