Junior Engineer - Electrical & Control Specialists Ltd

The Junior Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining instrumentation and control systems for industrial processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage instrumentation & control systems
• Identify project opportunities, prepare quotes, and close deals
• Perform system integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Conduct calibration services and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Develop technical documentation and oversee procurement of materials
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay updated on industry trends and receive company-provided training

What We’re Looking For:

• Knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, and safety practices
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, loop diagrams, and technical specs
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (HART, Fieldbus, Modbus)
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Instrumentation, or related field
• Driving licence of manual car would be an advantage
• 1-2 years in instrumentation, control systems, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong commitment to safety and continuous learning
• Willingness to travel for site work when required
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
