The Data and Analytical Coordinator is responsible for the execution of daily tasks to support the business.

 

Job Purpose
The role requires an individual who has the technical experience, analytical mindset and is ready to explore and specialise in data analysis reporting.
Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with various aspects of the data management process which include data input, participate in the information gathering, maintain computerized collection and tracking of relevant data, investigation on discrepancies of data issues and suggest options for remediation
  • Evaluate processes for gaps, inefficiencies and additional opportunities
  • Responsible for ensuring all reporting deadlines are met
  • Work with accounting team for reconciliation of data and for debt collection
  • Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
  • Analyse & manipulate data in Excel
  • Make good use and apply knowledge gain from trainings
  • Ensure good time management in all tasks assigned
  • Communicate effectively with related parties to ensure deliveries at the right time
  • Work in accordance with all company policies, procedures, processes, best practice and compliance requirement as appropriate
  • Produce ad-hoc reports and any ad hoc duties as requested by team or any reporting person
Experience and Skills
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of Excel and its advanced features
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and precision in data entry
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with other departments or stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
