The Data and Analytical Coordinator is responsible for the execution of daily tasks to support the business.
Evaluate processes for gaps, inefficiencies and additional opportunities
Responsible for ensuring all reporting deadlines are met
Work with accounting team for reconciliation of data and for debt collection
Managing and merging multiple Excel data files without error or data corruption
Analyse & manipulate data in Excel
Make good use and apply knowledge gain from trainings
Ensure good time management in all tasks assigned
Communicate effectively with related parties to ensure deliveries at the right time
Work in accordance with all company policies, procedures, processes, best practice and compliance requirement as appropriate
Produce ad-hoc reports and any ad hoc duties as requested by team or any reporting person
