Junior Construction Surveyor

Assist in all quantity surveying activities and follow-up ongoing projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out site survey
Conduct site visits for ongoing projects
Liaise with sub-contractors, prepare subcontract agreement and progress payment as per allowable
Prepare and follow up monthly application of payment certificates with all relevant back up
Follow up on variation works and pricing of same on a constant basis
Prepare cost report and monitoring of cost for on-going contracts
Liaise with consultant / client for final account and attend meeting
Assist the estimating team for pricing of tenders, as and when required
Prepare monthly turnover sheet for review with management
