We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing the company’s accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and send for payments.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  • Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in accordance with company policies.
  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Supplier Communication: Maintain effective communication with suppliers regarding payment inquiries and account status.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

 

Qualifications :

  • HSC holder who has studied Accounting as a main subject is required.
  • A desire to learn about accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
