We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in various tasks such as processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Transaction Processing:

  • Assist with recording and processing financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Ensure that all transactions are accurate and comply with accounting standards.

• Accounts Reconciliation:

  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and verify monthly balance sheets and trial balances.

• General Ledger Support:

  • Help maintain the general ledger by posting journal entries and updating accounts.
  • Assist in preparing month-end and year-end closing reports.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, payments, and vendor accounts.
  • Track accounts receivable and ensure timely collection.

• Financial Reporting Assistance:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

• Tax and Compliance Support:

  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Help maintain and update financial documentation for auditing purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Some experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is preferred but not required.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
