Medical Vetting and Coding Officer, PEC Cluster - Qualifications & Experience and Responsibilities :
- HSC
- Diploma in Nursing will be an advantage
- Familiarity with ICD Codes and Procedures
- 1-2 years' experience in Coding or Nursing
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in complete confidentiality
- Vetting of claims and ICD 10 Coding
- Compliance with all statutory medical guidelines/rules and regulations
- Follow up of inpatient cases to ensure there are no deviation from what has been authorised
- To detect fraudulent/exaggerated claims
- Coordination and monitoring of Health Care Services.
Operations Officer, Membership Cluster - Qualifications & Experience and Responsibilities :
- SC/HSC/Diploma
- Certificate in Finance/ Management/
- Law/ CII will be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel tool;
- 1 to 3 years' experience in the Insurance sector will be an advantage;
- Curious, Eager to learn, Team Player
- Processing of new policies along with changes to be brought to existing ones;
- Evaluating the risk associated with the application forms received by both data capturing information on a dedicated platform and querying-up same with members;
- To prepare, send and process renewals of policies;
- Attending queries and handling complaints from both internal and external parties;
- Any other cognate duties.
CRM Officer, CRM Cluster - Qualifications & Experience and Responsibilities :
- HSC;
- Certificate in Communication and CRM Service;
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service with emphasis on fluent French and English
- speaking;
- Good English and French Writing;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Excellent service, pleasant personality, tactful and helpful;
- Professional appearance;
- Ability to work in complete confidentiality.
- Attend to requests and queries from customers related claims and membership via the phone, by email or in person at the Reception Desk;
- Ensure all calls are answered and logged in the company’s system;
- Ensure that all emails are attended within 24 hours, logged, and follow up of all queries and complaints done timely.
Data Capture Officer, Claims Cluster - Qualifications & Experience and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for maintaining security, reporting weaknesses or incidents and comply to all procedures, policies and guidelines for ISO.
- Data capture of members' claims by meeting production target set on a weekly basis.
- Take into consideration claims history of patients/members and all supporting documents of the claims with incomplete information so as to enclose accurate return reasons.
- Data capture of members' claims by meeting accuracy rate of the department objectives.
