Accounts Clerk
Qualifications & Experience:

  1. HSC.
  2. Degree in accounting or a finance related field would be an advantage.
  3. Knowledge of accounting software.
  4. SAGE 200 would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of cash and cheques deposit on a daily basis to be sent to bank.
  2. Input data on a daily basis for all schemes in the system.
  3. Issuing of payments. (Cheques or bank transfers).
  4. Debtors chasing.
  5. Reconciliations.
  6. Ad-Hoc Tasks.


Accounts Officer
Qualifications and Experience:

  1. HSC.
  2. Degree in Finance or Accounting or ACCA Level 2.
  3. Experience of up to 3 years.
  4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
  5. Good verbal and writing communication skills.
  6. Good team spirit.
  7. Knowledge of accounting software.
  8. SAGE 200 would be a plus.

 Responsibilities:

  1. Accounting Process - knowledge and application of accounting standards.
  2. Scheme and Management Reporting.
  3. Prepare Cash Flow forecast for Schemes.
  4. To deal with external auditors during financial audits.
  5. To prepare FSC reporting packs within SLA.
