Accounts Clerk
Qualifications & Experience:
- HSC.
- Degree in accounting or a finance related field would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- SAGE 200 would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of cash and cheques deposit on a daily basis to be sent to bank.
- Input data on a daily basis for all schemes in the system.
- Issuing of payments. (Cheques or bank transfers).
- Debtors chasing.
- Reconciliations.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks.
Accounts Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
- HSC.
- Degree in Finance or Accounting or ACCA Level 2.
- Experience of up to 3 years.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
- Good verbal and writing communication skills.
- Good team spirit.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- SAGE 200 would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Process - knowledge and application of accounting standards.
- Scheme and Management Reporting.
- Prepare Cash Flow forecast for Schemes.
- To deal with external auditors during financial audits.
- To prepare FSC reporting packs within SLA.
