Your main duty is to ensure the proper day to day running of the Audit Department by working in close collaboration with other departments/sections thus providing an efficient service and attend requests of all concern

 

 

Main responsibilities :

  • Physical inventory in stores and head office
  • reconciliation of physical inventory with sicorax stock management 
  • Processing stock ajustment on sicorax
  • To verify if goods issued to be delivered to sales outlets tally with official document
  • control manual invoices
  • Provide training to Store staff on POS when required
  • Audit all manufucturing products
  • Physical inventory fixed assets and tagging
  • dealing with insurance claims for stores (following damages)
  • Provide support to account department by performing some account duties 
  • to track and resolve auditing and accounting problem and discrepancies as needed
  • to submit as and when required financial reports to management
  • Ability to work independentely and objectively 
  •  
Qualifications and requirement 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Partly or fully ACCA qualified, or a related field
  • good kwowlegde in accounting and audit pratices
  • Autonomous 
  • Fluent in excel
  • Strong communication skill
Experience : 
  • at least 2-3 years experience in related fields.
