Your main duty is to ensure the proper day to day running of the Audit Department by working in close collaboration with other departments/sections thus providing an efficient service and attend requests of all concern
Main responsibilities :
- Physical inventory in stores and head office
- reconciliation of physical inventory with sicorax stock management
- Processing stock ajustment on sicorax
- To verify if goods issued to be delivered to sales outlets tally with official document
- control manual invoices
- Provide training to Store staff on POS when required
- Audit all manufucturing products
- Physical inventory fixed assets and tagging
- dealing with insurance claims for stores (following damages)
- Provide support to account department by performing some account duties
- to track and resolve auditing and accounting problem and discrepancies as needed
- to submit as and when required financial reports to management
- Ability to work independentely and objectively

Qualifications and requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, Partly or fully ACCA qualified, or a related field
- good kwowlegde in accounting and audit pratices
- Autonomous
- Fluent in excel
- Strong communication skill
Experience :
- at least 2-3 years experience in related fields.
