Job Description

• To plan the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly assigned tasks based on the defined QMS process.
• To assist in preparing the specifications, comparative tables and evaluation reports for new business renewals.
• To follow-up on renewals.
• To be fully involved in the claims process and ensure claims are handled in a timely manner.
• To assist in the proper maintenance of documents.
• To answer and to follow up clients’ queries.
• To update the internal operations system.
• To perform any other cognitive duties that may be assigned as and when the need arises.

 Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree
• CII Course Level 1
• Good Communication skills
