Insolvency Analyst / Advisor - Creditor

Location: Ebene Gate, Mauritius (Think local, act global)

What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in resolving creditor queries and ensuring smooth financial processes. As an Insolvency Analyst/Advisor, you'll help maintain professional relationships with creditors while ensuring accurate financial management.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Review and process creditor claims with a keen eye for detail
• Communicate professionally with creditors about payments and claims via email and phone
• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies efficiently
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to creditors
• Maintain clear and organized documentation of all interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve creditor-related issues

What We Look For:

• Higher School Certificate (HSC) or a Diploma (Finance, Law, Business, or related fields are a plus but not required)
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining organization
• 1+ year of experience in a finance-related role (previous internships or entry-level positions count!)
