Insolvency Analyst / Advisor - Closures

Location: Ebene Gate, Mauritius (Think local, act global)

About the Role Are you someone who loves seeing projects through to completion? Do you find satisfaction in tying up loose ends and finalizing details? We're looking for organized, thorough professionals to join our specialized Closures Department as Insolvency Analysts/Advisors.

What You'll Be Doing Unlike our other departments that focus on ongoing case management, in the Closures Department you'll be the crucial final link in the insolvency process. You'll ensure cases are properly concluded, all parties receive closure, and every detail is properly documented for compliance.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Conduct thorough final reviews of cases to verify all requirements are satisfied
  • Process final distributions and settlements to bring cases to completion
  • Prepare and issue formal closure documentation to clients and creditors
  • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all statutory requirements are met for case closure
  • Resolve any last-minute issues that could delay case completion
  • Archive case materials according to regulatory requirements

No Experience in Finance? Don't worry! Our comprehensive training program will teach you everything you need to know about properly closing insolvency cases.

What We Look For:

  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or a Diploma (Finance, Law, Business, or related fields are a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Natural ability to follow processes meticulously and spot discrepancies
  • Satisfaction in completing tasks and projects from start to finish
  • Previous experience in finance, customer service (call centers), or administration is an advantage, but not required—we train you!
