Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary focus will be selling our wide range of textile products, including linens and uniform fabrics, to hospitality businesses, schools, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and approach potential customers in the hospitality sector, educational institutions, and businesses requiring uniform fabrics.
Build relationships with housekeeping managers, procurement officers, and administrators.
Present and demonstrate our product ranges, emphasizing their quality and suitability for various industries.
Conduct cold calls to reach housekeeping managers, room division managers, procurement officers, and school administrators.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market dynamics.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality, textile, or uniform supply industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English and French is a must; additional languages are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
