We are looking for an IT Technician (Level 1.5) to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system maintenance. The ideal candidate has experience with Windows/Mac, basic networking, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Manage network equipment and technology tools
- Cable patching, network switch configuration and troubleshooting
- Firewall configuration, vpn creation and log analysis
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Ensure security through access controls
- Backups applications configuration
- Firewall management
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Access point configuration and troubleshooting
- Users Access creation change and deactivation process
- Office365 / Sharepoint management
- Conversant with Virtualization
- Provide users Access rights on File Servers
- Management of Active Directory
- Provide Remote support to overseas branches
- Provide support to Technical Team whenever required.
- Follow-up with Helpdesk to identify pending issues and escalations.
- Provide support for Telephony PABX user extension creation and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot ICT related issues and outages
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation and manuals
- Good customer service skills and communication skills
