To assist with the monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
Reporting to the IT Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
Main Duties
- Provide day-to-day IT Support to the organization and resolve service request
- Set up computer equipment and install software
- Ensure the monitoring of SLAs according to the business requirement
- Assist the IT support team in the monitoring of company’s networking system, active directory and Office365
- Assist with system back-up and set up recovery procedures
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of proactive maintenance processes
- Provide short information session to end users about existing and new business IT tools
- Monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar position
- Hands-on IT skills (PC/Laptop/Printer Setup and Troubleshooting, Software Installation, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills )
- Good experience in MS office365 applications, SharePoint, ERP software and communication systems

- Quick response in resolving operational issues
- Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines
- Operate with integrity and objectivity at all times
- Holder of a valid driving license
