Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Provide an on-site technical support.
  • Good troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge of windows operating system and office 365.
  • Repair and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Ability to solve networking issues.
  • Configure and install of computer software.
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N + will be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license is an advantage.
  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
