Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.) Manage and update social media platform for the Company. Manage relationships with customers by initiating, planning, and executing activities

 

  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
  • Manage and update social media platform for the Company.
  • Deploy PC's and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
  • Manage relationships with customers by initiating, planning, and executing activities
  • Present and sell the company’s products and services to potential customers
  • Assist with the execution of all sales activities
  • Seek out and maintain new business leads
  • Fulfilling such cognate duties and other assignments as may be requested by Management

 

Profile of candidate:

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate and a Diploma in IT
  • Holder of a valid driving license for private car
  • Should have at least 3 years of working experience in a sales working environment
  • Knowledge in programming of Time Attendance system would be an advantage
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality
