We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the software and hardware application and also providing on call support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure technology is accessible and users equipped with appropriate hardware and software
  • Handle escalated problems with solutions that require in-depth troubleshooting and analysis with supplier

  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network

  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

  • Providing technical support across the company 

  • Setting up accounts for new users

  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network

  • Installing and configuring PCs, Laptops, Printers, WIFI, Access control, Clocking, associated peripherals and software

  • Creates and maintains good technical documentation.

  • Firewall Management

Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as an IT Security
  • Strong expertise in network and security
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Windows server infrastructure
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own car
  • Have a clean certificate of character
