We are looking for the ideal candidate to assist in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of the software and hardware application and also providing on call support.
Responsibilities:
Handle escalated problems with solutions that require in-depth troubleshooting and analysis with supplier
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network
Installing and configuring PCs, Laptops, Printers, WIFI, Access control, Clocking, associated peripherals and software
Creates and maintains good technical documentation.
