To efficiently and effectively maintain and troubleshoot all the components of the IT Infrastructure across the organisation.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all IT Systems supporting the business to function efficiently.
  • Actively monitor the usage, efficiency and performance of IT Equipment, Software and Business Systems.
  • Ensure that the technical performance and security aspects in the infrastructure environment are optimised, including databases, network and servers.
  • Recommend solutions to improve the use of information technology within the organisation.
  • Develop, coordinate and deliver end user trainings to increase systems adoption.

Experience
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant IT experience
  • Direct experience with O365 as an Administrator.
  • Experience with Office 365 technologies (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Flow, Teams, OneDrive, PowerBI, etc.)
Qualifications
  • Degree in IT related field 
  • Professional Certificates, e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, Fortigate, will be an advantage.
