DHL Global Forwarding Mauritius has an opening for an IT/BPO Specialist where you will be responsible for managing and optimizing business processes by transforming the country by the adoption of our digital automation across the entire business. The role also involves analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient IT systems and workflows to support business operations where you will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and ensure that outsourced services meet organizational standards and objectives. Finally, you will shape, drive, and manage the IT function, delivery framework for systems/ applications, integration and infrastructure deployment in line with overall country business strategy and objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.  Join us now in connecting people and improving lives.

In this IT/BPO Specialist position

• You will analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems that support business processes. Ensure that IT infrastructure and software applications are aligned with business goals for both global and regional requirements.
• You will manage relationships with outsourcing partners and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery as well as monitor and evaluate the performance of outsourced services and make recommendations for improvements.
• You will lead and manage IT/BPO projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery as per Business expectations and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.
• You will Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and departments. Ensure that IT issues are resolved promptly and effectively to minimize downtime.
• You will maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, IT systems, and project activities as well as prepare and present regular reports on process performance, project status, and outsourcing metrics.
• You will ensure that IT systems and processes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
• You will conduct training sessions for staff on new IT systems, tools, and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements both internally and externally in IT/BPO to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Now, here’s what we need from you

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
• Proven experience in process analysis, IT system management, and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
