As a Human Resources Assistant/Clerk at Albert Group., you will support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, assisting with the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is essential in helping us maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, exit processes, and policies.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying timekeeping information.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Human Resources 
  • Previous experience in an administrative or HR role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of HR software (Vipertex) would be a definite advantage.
