RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of employee training programs.
  • Maintain and update the training dashboard to track employee progress and training outcomes.
  • Ensure all new employees are onboarded following established procedures and provide support during the onboarding process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Human Capital Management and training to enhance training offerings.
  • Organise and manage routine registers, including budget analysis and data management to support decision-making.
  • Generate reports on training hours and efficiency.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and goals.
  • Support Axess "Employer of Choice" branding strategy to attract and retain high-quality candidates by participating in job fairs and fostering relationships with education providers and vocational bodies.
  • Assist in processing monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage payroll information and maintain an up-to-date employee database.
  • Compile reports related to overtime and leave management for management review.
  • Collect and maintain payroll-related data while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Consistently provide reports to management within defined timeframes.
  • Manage schedules of standard objectives, financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare the monthly HR reports and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws in Mauritius and keep updated with government regulations as they relate to the Human Capital function.
  • Maintain a constant level of communication with top management to address employee relations and performance issues proactively.
